Assistant or Associate Professor of Finance

Responsibilities

• Teach up to 24 credit hours per academic year across various finance courses
• Instruct both undergraduate and graduate students in multiple modalities, including online and in-person
• Engage in faculty scholarly activities and professional development
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts within the School of Business and Leadership
• Contribute to service activities within the university community

Requirements

• Ph.D. or DBA in Finance (earned or in progress)
• Academically qualified to meet ACBSP accreditation standards
• Proven experience as an instructor in finance
• Commitment to ongoing professional activity and scholarship
• Ability to effectively instruct, motivate, and evaluate students across different learning environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant industry experience in finance
• Experience teaching undergraduate and graduate levels
• Experience with both face-to-face and online instructional modalities
• Expertise in areas such as corporate finance, fintech, investments, financial planning, or business valuation
