Assistant or Associate Professor (Computer Science)

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses, including developing content for the university's expanding online program
• Maintain a teaching load of 12 credit hours per semester
• Provide academic advising, student counseling, and mentorship to departmental students
• Supervise undergraduate and graduate student theses, research initiatives, and projects
• Maintain active scholarly engagement through research and professional development
• Participate in departmental and campus-wide committees and service activities
• Integrate faith and learning into pedagogical approaches

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Computer Science or a closely related discipline
• Demonstrated teaching excellence at both undergraduate and graduate levels
• Strong Christian commitment and alignment with the college's mission and values
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Academic credentials commensurate with the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor
