About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide positive leadership and coordination within the NAM Coordination & Dispatching Centre (NCDC) to ensure safe 24/7 operations.
  • Act as a multi-skilled operator across various disciplines within the Central Control Room (CCK).
  • Coordinate, monitor, and maximize production capacity for all NAM production facilities.
  • Monitor installation security and initiate emergency shutdown procedures (ESD) when necessary.
  • Analyze and manage contract and transport nominations.
  • Provide 24/7 Emergency Response Organization (ERO) coordination and serve as the primary contact for external parties.
  • Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders during operational issues or disruptions.

Requirements

  • Experience as a process operator in the oil and gas industry, including field and control room operations.
  • VAPRO B or equivalent professional training in process operations.
  • Proven leadership and coaching experience within a diverse team.
  • Deep knowledge of operational risk evaluation, process optimization, and safety procedures.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to act decisively and quickly in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in supporting operational projects and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong skills in project management and task coordination between different teams.
