Assistant Operations Manager/Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Lead the unit's daily operations and business planning alongside the Operations Manager
• Manage personnel, scheduling, and daily operational activities
• Conduct systematic quality and business development
• Ensure compliance with agreements, assignments, and regulations
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers, employees, and relatives
• Manage unit economy and budget
• Ensure occupancy levels meet budget and set goals
• Perform clinical duties as a registered nurse with patient and care responsibility

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (Legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• Previous leadership experience within healthcare or social care
• Experience with budgeting and financial analysis
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Strong digital skills and comfort with digital systems
• Result-oriented with a coaching and solution-focused approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in private care services
• Experience leading operations through development and change
• Experience working in a large organization or high-growth company
