Responsibilities
- Coordinate human and technical resources to ensure service quality
- Analyze client nominations, perform contract reviews, and confirm service uptake
- Strategically plan and assign missions to inspectors and operators based on urgency and skills
- Act as the permanent interface between client needs and technical feasibility
- Supervise and motivate a team of inspectors, operators, and team leaders
- Manage staff schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Conduct individual interviews and support skill development through field audits
- Provide technical support for complex operations or new products
- Manage equipment metrology and vehicle compliance
- Handle reporting and prepare billing elements for local and international clients
Requirements
- Solid experience in oil inspection or industrial logistics
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams
- Ability to remain calm and decisive in urgent situations
- Proficiency with IT tools and internal training systems
- Strong understanding of QHSE culture
- Valid driver's license (Permis B)
- Ability to access intervention sites
