Assistant Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the operations in collaboration with the operations manager
• Work systematically to create optimal conditions for employees to provide high-quality care
• Act as an active and contributing member of the operations management group
• Maintain a professional approach with engagement and sensitivity towards patients, relatives, employees, and clients

Requirements

• University degree as a Registered Nurse (sjuksköterska)
• At least two years of experience successfully leading employees and teams
• Good knowledge and experience of working and reporting in support systems (e.g., electronic journals, planning, and payroll systems)
• Valid Swedish work permit or passport
• Clean criminal record (belastningsregister)

Preferred Qualifications

• Education in leadership
• Experience in leadership roles
• Experience working in privately operated healthcare/care facilities
