Assistant Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the operations in collaboration with the Operations Manager
• Work systematically to create optimal conditions for employees to provide high-quality care
• Act as an active and contributing member of the operations management team
• Ensure person-centered and qualitative care for residents

Requirements

• University degree in nursing, social work, behavioral science, or equivalent
• At least two years of experience successfully leading employees and teams
• Proficiency in using and reporting in support systems (e.g., medical records, planning, and payroll systems)
• Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively in a team
• Valid Swedish work permit or passport
• Clean criminal record (extract from the police register will be requested)

Preferred Qualifications

• Education in leadership
• Experience in leadership roles
• Experience working within privately operated healthcare services
