Assistant Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the operation in collaboration with the management team
• Work systematically with business development, quality work, and follow-up
• Support employees in daily work to ensure safe and person-centered care
• Participate actively in the operations management group

Requirements

• Licensed occupational therapist or physiotherapist with leadership experience, OR
• Social worker (socionom) with experience in elderly care and leadership
• At least two years of experience leading employees and teams
• Experience with documentation and operating systems
• Proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Education in leadership
• Experience in private sector operations
• Previous experience in elderly care
