Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and follow up the work of group managers in daily operations and business planning alongside the Operations Manager
- Conduct systematic quality and business development
- Ensure compliance with agreements, assignments, and regulations
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with residents, relatives, employees, and partners
- Manage business economy and budget
- Ensure occupancy levels based on budget and set goals
- Collaborate with support functions within the group
- Create conditions for group managers and employees to provide safe, person-centered, and high-quality care
Requirements
- University degree such as Social Worker (Socionom), Behavioral Scientist, Nurse, or equivalent
- Experience in leadership roles within healthcare and/or social care
- Experience with budget work and financial analysis
- Excellent proficiency in the Swedish language (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within private care services
- Experience leading operations through development and change
- Experience working in a large organization or a high-growth company
