Assistant Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update spreadsheets by organizing, adding, and verifying physician and location data
• Prepare and process weekly bad debt charge-off reports for all clients
• Monitor report file sizes and account volumes to identify irregularities and track emerging trends
• Review and analyze monthly PCN reports to ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
• Provide support for client audit activities, including data preparation and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and operational consistency

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheet management, specifically Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to manage recurring weekly and monthly reporting deadlines
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in operations, data analysis, or healthcare administration
