Assistant Operational Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational risk monitoring across key business processes including budget utilization, promotion setup, and settlement
• Monitor daily operational risk indicators to identify abnormal activities and potential revenue leakage
• Build risk dashboards and analytical frameworks to provide visibility into risk trends
• Lead operational incident reviews to identify process gaps and root causes
• Design and implement operational control mechanisms to prevent recurring incidents
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to propose automation opportunities
• Drive discussions on operational risks and recommend mitigation plans to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, or Information Systems
• 4+ years of experience in Operations, Risk Management, Internal Control, Audit, or Business Operations
• Strong analytical thinking and root cause investigation skills
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Redash, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Understanding of marketplace, e-commerce, fintech, or payment business processes
• Experience in process improvement or operational excellence
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Product, and Engineering
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve analytical workflows and productivity
