About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities at outlets, ticketing counters, and gift shops to ensure smooth workflows and efficient staffing.
- Ensure all front-line teams provide exceptional customer service and handle guest feedback professionally.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate team members to uphold service standards and encourage teamwork.
- Monitor sales performance and oversee inventory levels for merchandise, ticketing, and consumables.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising, and facility organization.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all operational areas.
- Assist in budget control, cost optimization, and the preparation of daily/weekly operational reports.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Education, and Guest Relations departments to support special events and promotions.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of work experience in operations, retail, or hospitality management.
- Proven experience in staff supervision and team development.
- Strong skills in sales and inventory management.
- Commitment to guest service excellence and professional complaint resolution.
- Ability to monitor safety and compliance standards effectively.
