About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute Total Patient Experience (TPE) protocols
- Develop and maintain working relationships with associated doctors
- Enforce all corporate policies and procedures
- Motivate team members through positive and constructive communication
- Assist with day-to-day operations including office flow and supply inventory
- Provide coaching and support to the office team as directed by the Office Manager
- Handle team and patient inquiries in the absence of the Office Manager
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer or patient-facing role
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to pass a state-required background check
- Proof of identity and right to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous medical office experience
- Previous leadership experience
- ABO and NCLE certifications
