About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute Total Patient Experience (TPE) protocols
- Maintain working relationships with associated doctors
- Enforce corporate policies and procedures
- Motivate team members through positive communication
- Assist with day-to-day operations including office flow and supply inventory
- Support and coach team members as directed by the Office Manager
- Handle team and patient inquiries in the absence of the Office Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer or patient interaction experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to pass a state-required background check
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous medical office experience
- Previous leadership experience
- ABO and NCLE certifications
