About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute Total Patient Experience (TPE) protocols
  • Maintain working relationships with associated doctors
  • Enforce corporate policies and procedures
  • Motivate team members through positive communication
  • Assist with day-to-day operations including office flow and supply inventory
  • Support and coach team members as directed by the Office Manager
  • Handle team and patient inquiries in the absence of the Office Manager

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer or patient interaction experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to pass a state-required background check
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous medical office experience
  • Previous leadership experience
  • ABO and NCLE certifications
