About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute Total Patient Experience (TPE) protocols
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with associated doctors
  • Enforce all corporate policies and procedures
  • Motivate team members through positive communication and support
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations including office flow and supply inventory
  • Provide coaching and support to the team as directed by the Office Manager
  • Handle team member and patient inquiries in the absence of the Office Manager

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer or patient-facing role
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to pass a state-required background check
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous medical office experience
  • Previous leadership experience
  • ABO and NCLE certifications
