Assistant Nurse/Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and service to residents based on their wishes and assistance decisions
• Perform personal hygiene tasks
• Assist with meal preparation and serving
• Respond to alarms and engage in social activities such as conversation, games, or music
• Perform delegated tasks from licensed staff, including medication administration and physical training

Requirements

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• High level of engagement and service-oriented mindset
• Ability to build strong relationships with residents

Preferred Qualifications

• Education as an assistant nurse (undersköterska)
• Previous experience in elderly care and dementia care
