Assistant Nurse/Nurse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care according to operational routines based on individual customer needs
• Assist with meal preparation, cooking, serving, cleaning, and laundry as needed
• Perform documentation and work according to decided interventions
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts including guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehab staff
• Create a safe, stimulating, and social environment for residents

Requirements

• For Assistant Nurse (Vårdbiträde): Minimum 800p training
• For Licensed Nurse Assistant (Undersköterska): Minimum 1350p training and professional certification from Socialstyrelsen or proof of previous employment
• Good proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Good computer literacy
• Ability to work shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and nights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in elderly care or home care
• Experience with delegation
• Experience using digital systems and tools
