Assistant Nurse/Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and service to residents based on their wishes and assistance decisions
• Perform personal hygiene tasks
• Assist with meal preparation and serving
• Respond to safety alarms
• Facilitate social interaction through conversation, games, and music activities
• Perform delegated tasks such as medication administration and physical training

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Diplomas for completed web training: Demens ABC and Demens ABC Plus
• Ability to provide an unsealed criminal record extract
• Valid Swedish work permit or passport

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in short-term care, elderly care, or dementia/somatic care
• Completion of the "jobba säkert med läkemedel" web training
