Assistant Nurse/Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and service to residents based on their wishes and assistance decisions
• Perform personal hygiene and assist with meal preparation and serving
• Respond to alarms and engage in social activities such as conversation, games, or music
• Execute delegated tasks from licensed staff, including medication administration and physical training
• Document care in the Treserva journal system

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Ability to document in journal systems (Treserva)
• Certificate from Socialstyrelsen if applying as an assistant nurse (undersköterska)
• Valid Swedish work permit or passport
• Clean criminal record (belastningsregister)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in elderly care
• Experience in dementia care
