Assistant Nurse/Care Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and service to residents based on their wishes and assistance decisions
• Perform personal hygiene tasks
• Assist with meal preparation and serving
• Respond to alarms and engage in social activities such as conversation, games, and music
• Execute delegated tasks including medication administration and physical training

Requirements

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Valid Swedish work permit or passport
• Unopened extract from the police criminal record
• For assistant nurses: certification from Socialstyrelsen

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in elderly care
• Experience in dementia care
