Assistant Nurse/Care Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and service to residents based on individual needs and decisions
• Assist with personal hygiene and meal preparation/serving
• Respond to alarms and provide social companionship
• Engage residents in activities such as conversation, games, or outings
• Perform delegated tasks including medication administration and physical training

Requirements

• Good proficiency in spoken and written Swedish
• Ability to work at least three weekends per month and some Friday evenings
• Valid Swedish work permit or passport
• Clean criminal record (extract from police register required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in elderly care
• Experience in dementia care
