Assistant Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to residents to maintain their lifestyle and habits
• Act as a key team member alongside nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists
• Participate in health and medical meetings and team meetings
• Maintain social documentation and patient records
• Interpret and respond to the individual needs of residents

Requirements

• Educated assistant nurse (undersköterska)
• Previous experience working in elderly care
• Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish
• Good computer skills and experience with documentation
• Ability to work in a team and take individual responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dementia care and specialized dementia training
