Assistant Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process within established policies and procedures
• Establish priorities of care, nursing actions, and desired outcomes for all patients
• Deliver quality nursing care and advocacy for patient welfare through evidence-based practice
• Perform nursing duties within clinical scope of practice and professional code of conduct
• Demonstrate high level of infection prevention knowledge and actions in the homecare setting
• Document all assessments, interventions, and necessary information in medical records
• Ensure continuity of care through oral and written communication with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Demonstrate appropriate action in urgent and emergency situations

Requirements

• DOH/HAAD Registered Nurse License Holder or Passer
• Willingness to work in a homecare facility in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, UAE
• Ability to perform clinical assessments relevant to Homecare

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous homecare experience
