Assistant Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process within established homecare policies and procedures
• Establish priorities of care, nursing actions, and desired clinical outcomes for all patients
• Deliver quality nursing care and patient advocacy through evidence-based practice
• Perform nursing duties within the clinical scope of practice and professional code of conduct
• Demonstrate high levels of infection prevention and implement appropriate actions in the homecare setting
• Document all assessments, interventions, and necessary information in medical records according to international standards
• Ensure continuity of care through effective oral and written communication with the multidisciplinary team and families
• Respond appropriately to urgent and emergency situations with strong decision-making skills

Requirements

• DOH/HAAD Registered Nurse License holder or passer
• Willingness to work in a homecare setting in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, UAE
• Ability to complete clinical competencies and maintain professional registration

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a homecare setting
