Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, blood glucose checks, and diabetes-related evaluations
• Assist in diabetes management, insulin administration, and medication management
• Support physicians during consultations, medical procedures, and treatments
• Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system and send timely visit summaries
• Collect and record patient health data and analyze trends to assist in early identification of complications
• Assist patients in using wearable health devices and digital monitoring tools
• Adhere to infection prevention protocols and DHA regulatory guidelines
• Conduct monthly International Patient Safety Goals (IPSG) audits and support JCIA compliance efforts
• Collaborate with doctors, dietitians, and lifestyle coaches to deliver comprehensive care

Requirements

• Valid DHA License as an Assistant Nurse
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in endocrinology or diabetes care
• Proficiency in using EMR systems and digital healthcare technologies
• Strong knowledge of accreditation standards (JCIA) and infection control
• Experience in data collection or digital health solutions is an advantage
