Responsibilities

• Perform care and nursing work centered on the citizen's will and needs
• Plan and execute daily nursing tasks with a focus on quality
• Act as a contact person for individuals, ensuring care is based on personal needs and wishes
• Provide warm and heartfelt interactions with citizens and their relatives
• Maintain documentation using the Viva system

Requirements

• Licensed Assistant Nurse (Undersköterskeutbildning)
• Proficiency in Swedish (written and spoken)
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and a warm demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in elderly care or dementia care
