Responsibilities

• Perform care and nursing work centered on the citizen's will and needs
• Plan and execute daily nursing tasks with a focus on quality
• Act as a contact person for individuals, ensuring care is based on personal needs and wishes
• Provide warm and heartfelt interactions with citizens and their relatives
• Maintain accurate documentation using the Viva system

Requirements

• Assistant Nurse (Undersköterske) education
• Proficiency in Swedish (both spoken and written)
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to work night shifts
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a team
• Adaptable, flexible, and independent personality

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in elderly care or dementia care
