Assistant Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and service to residents based on their wishes and assistance decisions
• Perform personal hygiene and assist with meal preparation and serving
• Respond to alarms and engage in social activities such as conversations, games, or music
• Execute delegated tasks from licensed staff, including medication administration and physical training

Requirements

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• High level of engagement and service-oriented mindset
• Ability to build strong relationships with residents

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in social psychiatry
• Experience in closed psychiatric care
• Experience in elderly care or dementia care
