Assistant Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care, service, and nursing to residents
• Perform nursing care, supervision, and respond to alarms
• Provide social support to residents
• Execute delegated tasks from licensed staff, such as medication administration
• Work according to customer wishes and assistance decisions

Requirements

• Certification from Socialstyrelsen as an assistant nurse (undersköterska)
• Good proficiency in spoken and written Swedish
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Swedish work permit or passport
• Clean criminal record (extract from police register)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in elderly care
• Experience in dementia care
