Assistant Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and service to residents based on their wishes and assistance decisions
• Assist with personal hygiene and meal preparation/serving
• Respond to alarms and provide social companionship
• Engage in social activities such as conversations, games, excursions, or bike rides
• Perform delegated tasks including medication administration and physical training

Requirements

• Certification from Socialstyrelsen as an assistant nurse (undersköterska)
• Good proficiency in spoken and written Swedish
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Valid Swedish work permit or passport
• Clean criminal record (police extract)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in elderly care
• Experience in dementia care
