Assistant Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and service to residents based on their wishes and assistance decisions
• Perform personal hygiene tasks
• Assist with meal preparation and serving
• Respond to alarms and engage in social activities such as conversation, games, or music
• Perform delegated tasks including medication administration

Requirements

• Certification as an assistant nurse (undersköterska) or nursing assistant (vårdbiträde)
• Good proficiency in spoken and written Swedish
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Valid Swedish work permit
• Clean criminal record (belastningsregister)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in elderly care and dementia care
• Valid B-driver's license and access to a car
