Assistant Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and service to residents based on their wishes and assistance decisions
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily preparations
• Manage night fasting breaks and respond to alarms
• Provide social interaction and companionship to residents
• Perform delegated tasks such as medication administration

Requirements

• Certification as an assistant nurse (undersköterska) from Socialstyrelsen
• Good proficiency in spoken and written Swedish
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Swedish work permit or passport
• Clean criminal record (belastningsregister)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in elderly care
• Experience in dementia care
