Assistant Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care, service, and nursing to residents based on individual needs
• Perform personal hygiene and assist with meal preparation and serving
• Respond to alarms and engage in social activities such as conversation, games, or music
• Execute delegated tasks from licensed staff, including medication administration and physical training
• Work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care

Requirements

• Certified Assistant Nurse (Undersköterska) with documentation from Socialstyrelsen
• Good proficiency in spoken and written Swedish
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Valid Swedish work permit or passport
• Clean criminal record (belastningsregister)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in elderly care
• Previous experience in dementia care
