Assistant Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and service based on resident wishes and assistance decisions
• Perform personal hygiene and assist with meal preparation and serving
• Respond to alarms and engage in social activities such as conversation, games, or music
• Execute delegated tasks from licensed staff, including medication administration and physical training

Requirements

• Valid certification as an assistant nurse (undersköterska) from Socialstyrelsen
• Good proficiency in spoken and written Swedish
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Clean criminal record (belastningsregister)
• Valid Swedish work permit

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in elderly care
• Experience in dementia care
