Assistant Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care, service, and nursing based on residents' individual needs
• Support residents with personal care and hygiene
• Assist with meal preparation and serving
• Handle alarms and emergency situations
• Contribute to social community through conversations, activities, and excursions
• Perform delegated tasks such as medication management and physical training

Requirements

• Certificate from Socialstyrelsen as an assistant nurse (undersköterska)
• Experience working in elderly care
• Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish
• Valid Swedish work permit or EU/EEA citizenship
• Clean criminal record (belastningsutdrag)

Preferred Qualifications

• Education in BPSD (Behavioral and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia)
• Experience working with dementia and cognitive impairment
• Completed Demens ABC and Nollvision training
