Assistant Nurse

Responsibilities

• Perform basic home healthcare services in patients' homes
• Administer medications, blood sugar testing, and insulin
• Perform wound care, stoma care, and tube feeding
• Document patient information in TakeCare
• Drive between patient locations starting from Vårby or Södertälje

Requirements

• Educated assistant nurse (undersköterska)
• Valid driver's license and good driving experience
• Previous delegation for medication and insulin
• Strong sense of responsibility and engagement
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in home healthcare
