Assistant Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care according to established routines based on individual customer needs
• Assist with meal preparation, serving, cleaning, and laundry as needed
• Perform documentation and work according to decided care interventions
• Collaborate with internal and external contacts including relatives, nurses, and rehabilitation staff
• Ensure a safe and secure night environment for residents

Requirements

• Assistant Nurse education (at least 1350p)
• Professional certificate from Socialstyrelsen or proof of previous employment as an assistant nurse
• Good proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Good computer literacy
• Driver's license (Class B)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in elderly care
• Experience with delegation
