Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and service interventions based on individual customer needs and wishes
• Perform documentation and work according to decided interventions
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, nurses, and rehabilitation staff
• Create a safe and stimulating environment for customers

Requirements

• Assistant Nurse education (at least 1350p)
• Professional certificate from Socialstyrelsen or proof of previous employment as an assistant nurse
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills
• Driver's license (Class B)
• Proficiency in cycling

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from care work within elderly care
