Assistant Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care according to established routines and individual customer needs
• Assist with meal preparation, cooking, serving, cleaning, and laundry as required
• Perform documentation and work according to decided interventions
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts including guardians, relatives, nurses, and rehabilitation staff
• Create a positive and social atmosphere during meals and activities

Requirements

• Experience in elderly care
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Driver's license (Class B)
• Proficiency in using computers
• Ability to ride a bicycle

Preferred Qualifications

• Assistant Nurse (Undersköterska) education of at least 1350p
• Professional certification from Socialstyrelsen or proof of previous employment as an assistant nurse
• Experience with delegation
