Assistant Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care according to operational routines based on individual customer needs and wishes
• Assist with meal preparation, cooking, serving, cleaning, and laundry as needed
• Perform documentation and work according to decided interventions
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts including guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff
• Create a safe and stimulating environment and contribute to social activities

Requirements

• Assistant Nurse (Undersköterska) education of at least 1350p
• Professional certificate from Socialstyrelsen or proof of previous employment as an assistant nurse
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer literacy
• Ability to present a clean criminal record and valid photo ID
• Right to work in Sweden (EU/EEA citizenship or valid work permit)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from elderly care
• Experience with delegation
