Assistant Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care according to business routines based on individual customer needs
• Assist with meal preparation, cooking, serving, cleaning, and laundry as needed
• Perform documentation and work according to decided interventions
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehab staff
• Act as weekend supervisor (every other weekend)
• Handle administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Assistant Nurse education (at least 1350p)
• Professional certificate from Socialstyrelsen or proof of previous employment as an assistant nurse
• Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills
• Driver's license (Class B)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in elderly care
• Experience in administrative work
• Leadership experience
