Assistant Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care according to established routines and individual customer needs
• Assist with meal preparation, cooking, serving, cleaning, and laundry as needed
• Perform documentation and work according to decided interventions
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts including relatives, nurses, and rehabilitation staff
• Create a safe, stimulating, and social environment for elderly customers

Requirements

• Assistant Nurse (undersköterska) education (min 1350p) or Nursing Assistant (vårdbiträde) education
• Professional certificate from Socialstyrelsen or proof of previous employment as an assistant nurse
• Good proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Good computer literacy
• Driver's license (Class B)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in elderly care
• Experience with delegation
