Assistant Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care according to operational routines and individual customer needs
• Assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals
• Perform service tasks such as cleaning and laundry
• Provide accompaniment and respite for relatives in the home
• Handle documentation and work based on decided interventions
• Collaborate with internal and external contacts including relatives, colleagues, nurses, and rehab staff

Requirements

• Assistant Nurse education (at least 1350 credits)
• Professional certificate from Socialstyrelsen or proof from previous employers
• Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written)
• Good computer literacy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in home care services
• B-driver's license
• Proficiency in cycling
