Assistant Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care according to operational routines based on individual needs and wishes
• Assist with meal preparation, cooking, serving, cleaning, and laundry as needed
• Perform documentation and work according to decided interventions
• Collaborate with internal and external contacts including guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehab staff
• Create a positive and social atmosphere during meals and contribute to activities for residents

Requirements

• Assistant Nurse education (at least 1350p)
• Professional certificate from Socialstyrelsen or proof of previous employment as an assistant nurse
• Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written)
• Good computer literacy and comfort with digital systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in elderly care
• Experience with delegation
