Assistant Nurse and Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide individually adapted care and support to customers in their homes
• Perform household services such as cleaning, cooking, laundry, and shopping
• Support customer independence and security
• Document completed interventions according to routines and digital systems
• Collaborate with colleagues, relatives, and other professional groups within care and nursing

Requirements

• Experience working in home care, elderly care, or similar activities
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both oral and written
• Ability to present an extract from the Swedish Police's criminal record
• B-driver's license may be required depending on the area

Preferred Qualifications

• Education as an assistant nurse (undersköterska) or nursing assistant (vårdbiträde)
