Assistant Nurse and Care Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create security and good relationships with customers and relatives
• Provide practical support in the home: cleaning, laundry, shopping, and meal support
• Observe and report changes in the customer's health status
• Perform documentation in digital journal systems
• Provide personal care: hygiene, dressing/undressing, toilet visits, and transfers

Requirements

• Assistant Nurse (Undersköterska) or Care Assistant (Vårdbiträde) education
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Driver's license B
• Experience in elderly care or home care is a merit
