Assistant Nurse and Activity Inspirer

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care, service, and nursing to residents based on individual needs
• Perform personal hygiene, meal preparation, and assistance with meals
• Respond to alarms and engage in social interaction with residents
• Execute delegated tasks such as medication administration and physical training
• Plan, implement, and follow up on activities based on seasons, themes, and holidays
• Inspire and motivate staff to contribute creative ideas for activity themes
• Create and distribute activity menus within the facility
• Drive specific projects in dialogue with the operations manager

Requirements

• Certification as an Assistant Nurse (Undersköterska) from Socialstyrelsen
• Good proficiency in spoken and written Swedish
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Valid Swedish work permit or passport
• Clean criminal record (extract from police register)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in elderly care
• Experience in dementia care
