About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CMO’s complex and ever-changing calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings and resolving conflicts.
  • Arrange all domestic and international travel, including flights, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations.
  • Process and reconcile expense reports accurately and in compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate leadership team meetings and cross-functional working sessions, including agenda development and action item tracking.
  • Serve as a central coordination point for marketing deliverables, tracking the status of key projects and campaigns.
  • Act as a liaison between the CMO and internal teams, league partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Support the marketing team with project timelines, deadline tracking, and presentation preparation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or operations role supporting senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and expense reconciliation.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional meetings and managing stakeholder follow-through.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting a C-suite executive in a sports, media, or entertainment organization.
  • Exposure to marketing project management tools.
  • A genuine interest in hockey and professional sports.
