About the role
Responsibilities
- Be present at home while parents are at work
- Accompany the individual in various activities
- Assist with meal preparation, setting the table, and cleaning up
- Motivate and assist with daily tasks
- Provide practical assistance and organization
- Drive to and from activities
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Norwegian and English
- Clean criminal record
- Experience with dogs
- Experience with children/youth is an advantage
- Good physical fitness
- Driver's license and access to own car
- Experience with autism is a plus
- Reliable, patient, and caring personality
