About the role
About the Company
Mio BPA supports Joakim, a social and travel-loving individual living with a muscle disease and epilepsy. The goal is to provide assistance that enables a full and active life.
Responsibilities
- Assist with transfers to and from a wheelchair
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance
- Facilitate daily activities and travel
- Work according to a fixed 4-week rotation (day, evening, night, or weekend shifts)
Requirements
- Good Norwegian language skills
- Driver's license (Class B)
- Reliable and flexible personality
- Strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in social media is a plus
